We are proud to serve your travel needs as your personal chauffeurs. Please read our Terms of Service (TOS) to learn the specific conditions of our business relationship with you.
This TOS is part of every agreement between Mr. Limousine and our clients arranging travel services with Mr. Limousine through our online platforms, person-to-person, by mail, and by telecommunications. Acceptance of these terms is implied by your use of our platforms and services.

First and Last Name
If you procure Mr. Limousine’s services, we acquire billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the procurement of services. We do not acquire any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and procuring services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of your Personal Information
Mr. Limousine requests and uses your personal information to operate its app and deliver the services you have requested.
Mr.Limousine does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Terms of Payment
All payments and deposits are due at the time the reservations are booked.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.
Payment of the final balance is due at the time of service.
AM Pickup – For early morning pickup times, from 12:00 a.m. to 5 a.m., we have a $ 10. 00 surcharge.
Wait Time – We give a 15 minute grace period for late passengers. Every 15 minutes after the first 15 minutes is subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
Clean-Up – Restoration and downtime fees for soiling a vehicle inside or outside beyond regular wear and tear can range from $ 300.00 to $50.00 or more, depending on the damage.
Fuel – We reserve the right to respond with surcharges for unforeseen increases in fuel price on reservations made in advance. Fuel price changes in excess of 5% of the cost at the time of booking become a surcharge. In such cases, the client will be notified and a fuel surcharge equal to the difference will be charged to the account and become the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations for domestic reservations must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, otherwise the client is responsible and charged for the total amount of the trip.
Cancellations for reservations made for travel outside the United States must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid full charges for the service.
Late cancellations are charged the full stated price with no exceptions.
No Call/No Show automatic cancellations are when a client neither calls to cancel, nor enters the vehicle. No Call/No Show cancellations are charged the full price of the missed trip with no exceptions. For round-trip reservations, the return leg of a no call/no show cancellation is automatically cancelled at no charge.
Damage to Vehicles
The client is responsible for any and all damage caused to vehicles as a result of his or her behavior. The cost of restoring a vehicle from damage inside or outside the vehicle is the responsibility of the client. The cost of cleaning and repair can include vehicle downtime, vehicle sanitation, and detailing services.
This condition of payment for vehicle restoration also applies to pet animal soil or damage the vehicle.
The client agrees that any soil or damage repair, cleaning, and detailing charges shall be added to the invoice, and payable upon receipt as a surcharge. Failure to pay at the time of service shall incur late fees.
Smoking and vaping of any substance in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol and Illegal Substances
Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Complaints must be made with 24 hours of service. No refunds or price adjustments will be made to satisfy complaints.
Passengers and Luggage
Mr. Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to clients that misrepresent the number of pieces of luggage or the number of passengers.
Acts of God
Mr. Limousine is expert at providing on time service, even under extreme circumstances, however, in the rare case of an act of God, terrorism, natural disaster, or insurmountable road conditions, we are happy to reschedule, rearrange, or refund the paid cost of the travel plan.
Wedding Coordinators and Planners
Mr. Limousine is happy to allow removable interior car decorations or musical selections for customized rides for wedding travelers. Please have your wedding planners or coordinators call our Customer Service Representative shortly after making your ground transportation plans with Mr. Limousine at 480.499.3502 for early access to our vehicles.
